When do I pay?
We first check that the request is within scope. Then we send a secure Stripe payment link before contacting the business.
What happens if LocalPing cannot complete the request?
We refund the LocalPing service fee you paid for the agreed assistance. Availability, recovery of lost property and third-party decisions remain outside our control.
What does “from $2.99” mean?
Simple requests start at $2.99. We review the details and confirm the full LocalPing service fee before you pay. Merchant charges, tickets, deposits and other third-party costs are separate.
Which countries do you support?
LocalPing supports local requests in Germany and Mainland China. Service coverage may vary by city and request.
Is this an AI chatbot?
